Justification

The Digital Citizenship Assignment is a memo I authored for graduate students and faculty, outlining actionable norms for ethical technology use. It emphasizes attribution, privacy, and respectful communication—core components of digital citizenship. This artifact demonstrates my leadership in shaping professional norms and guiding others in responsible digital engagement.

The Research Article Review critiques a study on AI-integrated educational tools and their impact on student creativity and emotional well-being. It highlights the importance of thoughtful leadership in technology adoption and aligns with ISTE-L.1’s call to protect student mental health and ensure equitable access. My reflection connects research findings to instructional design practice, emphasizing the need for empathy and intentionality in digital learning environments.

Together, these artifacts show how I advocate for equity and citizenship by embedding ethical considerations into instructional design, supporting inclusive dialogue, and modeling responsible technology use.
