Welcome to My Portfolio
This site was created for ELDT 5100: Technology Integration in Education and showcases my alignment with the ISTE Standards for Education Leaders. While I began with a focus on Connected Learner and Visionary Planner, this final portfolio reflects a broader engagement with four key standards:
Connected Learner (ISTE-L.5): I built and contributed to a professional learning network (PLN) through curated resources, expert summaries, and reflective practice. My PLN Final Project and supporting artifacts show how networked learning has shaped my instructional design thinking.
Visionary Planner (ISTE-L.2): I engaged in strategic planning and leadership through interviews, system evaluations, and feedback cycles. These artifacts demonstrate how I align goals with institutional priorities and revise plans based on data and reflection.
Equity and Citizenship Advocate (ISTE-L.1): I promoted ethical, inclusive, and responsible technology use through my Digital Citizenship Assignment and Research Review. These projects emphasize empathy, access, and thoughtful leadership in digital spaces.
Systems Designer (ISTE-L.4): I evaluated infrastructure, planning tools, and instructional systems using the NC Digital Learning Initiative rubric. My recommendations reflect a commitment to sustainability, accessibility, and continuous improvement.

My Goal
